FAQ
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 3 days before your scheduled date. Since deposits are non-refundable, I encourage rescheduling whenever possible so we can still create a session you'll love.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, and I'm always happy to travel to you! Travel within 15 miles of my home base is included with every session. For locations beyond 15 miles, the client is responsible for the following travel fees:
16–30 miles: $20 travel fee
31–50 miles: $40 travel fee
More than 50 miles: Custom travel quote
If your session location is more than 50 miles away, please reach out for a personalized travel estimate. I'm always happy to discuss travel accommodations for your session!
When will I get my photos?
Your final images will be delivered in a private online gallery, where you can easily view, download, and share your high-resolution photos. My typical turnaround time is 2–3 weeks, and you'll be notified as soon as your gallery is ready.
Do you have a studio?
At this time, I don't have a dedicated studio space. Most of my sessions take place outdoors or at a location of your choice. However, for select creative sessions, I also offer the option to shoot in my home studio space when it's the right fit for your vision.
If you'd prefer a professional studio, I'd be happy to help you find and book a space that matches the style and aesthetic you're looking for. Studio rental fees are not included in my session pricing and will be added to your final invoice.
